Currently, Monroe County is home to a single art gallery in Tellico Plains Historic Downtown Arts District, offering a delightful array of original paintings, carvings, pottery, jewelry, woodwork, and more, all reflecting the natural beauty of East Tennessee. However, we have several museums in our county providing opportunities to explore even more art, including traditional Appalachian crafts and Native American heritage pieces.
